Extruded Hinges

Daro aluminum extrusions can be made into attractive butt, liftoff, cam-lift, adjustable, or strap hinges with a variety of bearing options to choose from. We have several extrusions in stock that can be modified to fit your application. If you have a requirement for a special shaped extruded hinge, Daro welcomes the opportunity to quote your needs. For custom extrusions, small orders are probably not cost effective.

The drawing to the right is of a hinge manufactured from an aluminum extrusion. It incorporates bronze bushings and washers that reduce the wear and increase the life of the hinge. A picture of the actual hinge is below. This extrusion can be cut to any length.

The hinge to the left is another aluminum extrusion we

have in stock.  Below are the dimensions of the extrusion

before modifying.  We can modify an existing extrusion

to fit your application or we can custom make an extrusion

for you application.
