654 Series High Load Adjustable Hinges

The 654 series high load adjustable hinge is a surface mounted, full bearing, hinge manufactured by welding and machining.  These hinges can be adjusted vertically, which aids in installation or to compensate for door sag.  The pin is a heat treated alloy steel to provide added strength.  Bearings consist of thrust bearings and radial bearings.  Grease fittings come standard to allow preventative maintenance.  These hinges can be mounted by welding or predrilled mounting holes can be added.  

Daro has manufactured adjustable hinges for doors weight up to 140,000 pounds!
